Eden Valley is an award-winning 20-acre woodland burial ground located in Edenbridge in Kent. It is operated and managed by the Natural Death Centre charity.
Developed specifically for natural burials, peaceful Eden Valley offers a beautiful and secluded resting place.
Burials take place in an area adjacent to the ancient bluebell woodland, amongst younger but well-established oak trees. There are no time limits for services, so there is no chance of feeling rushed or hurried as you say your goodbyes. People of all faiths and beliefs are welcomed at Eden Valley, and there are no fixed rules or formats to be followed.
Those hoping for an outdoor funeral ceremony are welcome to hold this at the graveside, or if preferred you can have a small, private interment followed by a memorial service another day. You should organise whatever is right for you or satisfies the wishes of the deceased.
Whether you are considering natural burial for a family member, friend or for yourself, the team will make you most welcome and explain everything you need to know.
